My name is Desislava Kadra and I am documentary filmmaker and digital content creator. I grew up in London, where I completed an undergraduate degree in Film Studies and began exploring the media world.

After working as a film and research assistant for well known UK and US programs on Nat Geo, BBC and Channel 4, I decided to explore the world and went backpacking in Latin America.  This trip resulted in my first short documentary ‘Fighting for the Wild’, which was selected in a number of international film festivals and has won 2 awards.
